Camp Read A Lot!

On May 4th, Lincoln School turned in to "Camp Read-A-Lot". The campers (students) and their families joined together for an evening of reading activities, games and prizes. Everyone went home with new books!! Thank you to the Lincoln Lions Camp Staff for making this happen.

3rd Grade Field Trip

3rd grade had a great time exploring the Boise Zoo. They also enjoyed thinking and learning about animals and how they adapt differently in the wild versus the Zoo.

Carnival for a Cure

What a great celebration of such a strong and courageous Lincoln Lion. This past weekend we got to participate in the C of I student body Carnival for the Cure. What a great celebration with games, food, fun, and even a dunk tank. We also got to hear Titus Ponder's inspirational story of kicking Cancers butt. Donations were accepted to support our local Leukemia and Lymphoma society. All who attended had a wonderful time celebrating Titus and taking a moment to recognize all the brave kids who unfortunately sometimes do not make it.

Carnival for a Cure

Student athletes from the College of Idaho have invited all elementary school students to join them for the Carnival for a Cure this Sunday, April 30th at 1:00 p.m.

This FREE event is part of the Relay for Life Project, sponsored by the American Cancer Society.

Please join us on the College of Idaho Campus (Boone Hall), on Sunday, April 30th for a few hours of fun at the Carnival for a Cure.

What's Your Superpower?

Lincoln kicked off our testing season by thinking about our own superpowers. We will be motivated! We will preserve! We will own our own learning! We will take ownership! We will be self aware! We will explore new ideas! We will use these superpowers on our assessments! We dressed up and had a superhero dance party to celebrate our superhero learner qualities.
