Community Resources for Families
Welcome to Lincoln Elementary, your community school in downtown Caldwell. Kristin Guerrero is the community liaison at Lincoln. Her mission is to connect our Lincoln families with the many resources available in our city to aid you in your quest for the type of life you want for you and your family. Mrs. Guerrero's first task was to survey parents to determine what areas are the greatest needs. These results can be found by clicking the link to the left. Also on the left is the Caldwell Healthy Conditions Assessment. This is an analysis of Caldwell's weaknesses and strengths in terms of living conditions and opportunities. The image at the bottom of the page distinguishes between the responsibilities of a school counselor, a social worker, and a community liaison.
